Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Auckland Monday to Friday. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please get in touch — we’re happy to help
How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend placing orders at least 24–48 hours in advance. For large events or custom menus, more notice is appreciated. Need something last minute? Give us a call — we’ll always try to accommodate where possible
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes — we cater for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and other dietary requirements. All dietary items are clearly labelled, and we take cross-contamination seriously in our kitchen procedures.
How is the food delivered?
All food is delivered ready to serve in recyclable platters and packaging. As a drop-off service, we design our menus to sit well at room temperature and travel safely.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed: Online via our website, By email (orders@seriousgourmet.co.nz), or by calling our team (09 579 8855). You will receive confirmation once your order is processed.
Are you open for weekend deliveries?
We’re happy to offer weekend catering where possible. As this requires additional staffing, a higher minimum order applies. Minimum spend on Saturdays is $500 + GST & Sunday $1000 + GST
